Land Agency is a design firm located in Denver, Colorado near Boulder, Aspen, and Colorado Springs. The firm provides sustainable, quality design services for residential, commercial, non-profit, and interior build-outs.

Land Agency’s services include feasibility studies, master planning, multi-phased projects for affordability, spectacular homes that work with the land, branded commercial spaces, interior design, and adaptive reuse.

Land Agency is a unique design firm with an all too uncommon mission: to promote positive, holistically-designed spaces that focus on building better communities. Land is valuable, creating human-centric and living-centric design spaces is essential.  Founded in 2019, the firm has focused on producing work that is not only aesthetically inspiring but also functional, resilient, and environmentally responsible.

Jonathan Culp is an award-winning designer with an extensive history designing and building premier projects for architecture firms across the country. Projects that he was responsible for have received numerous design excellence awards from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) that have included the DC, Maryland, North Carolina, Connecticut and Virginia Chapters. 

He was awarded the Global Visionary AIA|DC Chapter award and had his work on display in the Segal Gallery in DC. An instrumental project that he was involved with during his time teaching and researching at the University of Arkansas Fay Jones School of Architecture won a 2022 National AIA award.
