Leadership
Jonathan Culp is the Design Principal of Land Agency. His background spans complex multiuse projects, large-scale healthcare facilities, custom residential designs, and human-centered urban planning revitalization strategies.
Prior to founding Land Agency, Jonathan served as a designer for architecture firms across the United States. Projects under his guidance have earned regional Design Excellence Awards from American Institute of Architects (AIA) chapters in Washington D.C., Maryland, North Carolina, Connecticut, and Virginia.
He was recognized with a Global Visionary Award by the AIA DC Chapter, with his selected design work exhibited at the Segal Gallery in Washington, D.C.
During his time teaching at the University of Arkansas Fay Jones School of Architecture, Jonathan was instrumental in guiding students in work that received a range of awards that include a National AIA Regional & Urban Design Award, World Architecture Award, and Architectural Education Award.
