1. Consultation
I want to learn everything about your project, aspirations, timeline and budget. This initial time is great for learning facts and getting a general feel for what is important to you.
At the end of the initial consultation, I can get signed up to work on coming up with solutions. To get to the next step, there might need to be site visits to measure the existing conditions and a collaborative board of any inspiration that you would like to take into account for the design.
2. Initial Design
The most exciting phase! This is when I show you the different ideas that I've come up with taking into mind all the information shared.
This includes floor plan drawings, 3D models, and some of the best visualization that can be found locally. Being able to visualize the end result is important to ensure you understand the result before construction happens. This is included. No extra fee.
